You know when it comes to sex; it is to each his/her own. There are those who do enjoy anal sex and are turned on by the thought of it. For many this is the only way to share a sexual relationship. Then there are also those that would never want to try it. If you want to know if it feels good you will have to find out for yourself and make your own decision. But before you set out to do so, you should know the risks involved in having anal sex like injuring yourself or the chances of getting sexually transmitted infections.
With reference to the second part of your question, no, you cannot get a girl pregnant by anal sex. There is no chance of that because there is no connection between the anal canal and the vaginal canal. Just make sure you have safe anal sex use a lot of lubrication and a condom every time.
