Deepti Khakurel is the founder president of Yatra, a youth organization working for youth and environment. With her involvement in youth organizations and networks, she is actively working as a youth activist contributing in the field of youth, environment and gender. Currently, she is working at International IDEA in the Women and Constitution Building Initiative. She received her master's degree in natural resource management from Pokhara University.
